Return Process
1.After you find that the product has quality problems, please take pictures as soon as possible, Provide your order number and the product code ,send the pictures and problems to Photonstar；
2.Wait for Photonstar to confirm the problem；
3.After confirming that there is a problem, Photonstar will negotiate with you how to deal with the problem；
4.According to the final negotiated treatment plan, carry out procedures such as return and refund.
5.For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 2-4 business days .
