Return Policy
Order Cancellation:
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact Photonstar within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Return Policy
1.Return requests is available within 15 days after receiving the item. All returns must be in “as new” condition with the original tags, labels, and packing, ensuring the item(s) can be resold. Photonstar can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item(s) minus the original shipping fees. You will also be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
2.If the item(s) has a quality issue, an online refund or exchange is available within 60 days after delivery. Once you receive a confirmation acknowledging a quality issue from Photonstar, please return the item back to us, currently only self-return is available.
3.If you choose self-return, you are required to pay the return shipping cost yourself first.
4.Within two working days after receiving the item(s), Photonstar will reimburse the shipping and item(s) cost back into your account.
5.For item(s) that cannot be returned, Photonstar will negotiate with you to reimburse all or part of the item(s) cost, to ensure good customer relations.
Return Process
1.After you find that the product has quality problems, please take pictures as soon as possible, Provide your order number and the product code, send the pictures and problems to Photonstar;
2.Wait for Photonstar to confirm the problem;
3.After confirming that there is a problem, Photonstar will negotiate with you how to deal with the problem;
4.According to the final negotiated treatment plan, carry out procedures such as return and refund.
5.For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 2-4 business days.
Possible Solutions after the problem is confirmed:
1:If there is an item missing, Photonstar will resend the missing item/accessory for free.
2:If there is a quality problem, Photonstar will give a full refund or free exchange.
Special Cases
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 1-2 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
Non-refundable Situation
1.If the appearance of the product is damaged or functional problems are caused by the customer, Photonstar will not be able to refund.
2.When the product is returned, and it lacks important components and /or the packaging is seriously damaged, Photonstar will not be able to refund in full.
